Here at PPS Powder Coating we are pleased to serve a large variety of industries, as well as the general public. Some of the more common clients that we work with include those operating within oil & gas, agriculture, construction, the motor trade, and electrical. We provide a highly competitive, quality service and price, regardless of the size of job.

At PPS Powder Coating, we pride ourselves on the quality of our product and service. Preparation is key to a long lasting and quality finish, and as such we are well equipped with a variety of blasting equipment and media. Once prepared, components are then carefully sprayed to ensure a complete and uniform coverage. After spraying, components are then cured in one of our ovens, providing the components with their highly durable finish. We stock a large variety of colours, and can even supply less common RAL and Pantone colours at request.

Whilst many people are aware that powder coating gives a long lasting and highly pleasing finish to components, it is less common knowledge that powder coating actually offers even further environmental benefits over traditional paint methods and finishes:

• Powder coatings contain no solvents.
• Due to this, the process releases little to no VOCS (volatile organic compounds).
• Oversprayed powder is recoverable and reusable.
